2. Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in Germany are eligible to participate.
Employees of NKT and their relatives are excluded.
3. Participation Period
The contests will take place on the following days:
December 11–23, 2025 (11:59 PM)
December 19–21, 2025 (11:59 PM)
Each promotion has a defined duration, which will be stated in the respective post.
4. Participation Requirements
Participation is via a comment under the respective contest post.
Additional requirements may be defined per post.
5. Prizes
Prizes include annual passes, Rizzi merchandise packages, and products from
the museum shop. Cash payment or exchange is excluded.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random and notified via Instagram Direct Message. If a person does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited.
7. Exclusion of Participants
NKT may exclude participants who violate the terms and conditions or act manipulatively.
8. Limitation of Liability
NKT assumes no liability for technical disruptions or undelivered messages.
9. Instagram Notice
This promotion is in no way connected to Instagram and is neither sponsored nor supported.
10. Changes to the Contest
NKT reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest if necessary.
11. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.

2. Purpose of Data Processing
Instagram usernames, public profile data, and in the event of winning, name, address, and possibly email address will be processed. The data is used exclusively for conducting the contests.
3. Legal Basis
Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the execution of the contest.
4. Storage & Deletion
All personal data will be deleted no later than 30 days after completion of all prize shipments. Data will only be shared with third parties for shipping purposes.
5. Rights of Participants
Participants have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. Requests may be submitted via email.
6. Instagram Notice
Data processing when using Instagram is subject to the privacy policies of Meta Platforms. NKT has no influence on data processing there.
