The exhibition before it opens: The tour (approx. 45-60 min.) shows how Ronnie Wood enters into dialogue with older artists such as Delacroix, Rembrandt, El Greco, and Rubens.

Wood takes up familiar pictorial worlds, extracts motifs, and responds in his own distinctive hand: not copies, but a dialogue across centuries. Comparison panels with the models invite viewers to look closely and form their own judgment.

One highlight is the Horse Study: it is considered a link in a chain reaching from Wood via Rubens back to Leonardo da Vinci.
