Full-Time: Visitor Services & Logistics (m/f/d)
Six-Month Contract with the Intention of Long-Term Collaboration
The Neues Kunstmuseum Tübingen is a vibrant venue for contemporary art in Tübingen. For our growing team, we are seeking a dedicated individual (m/f/d) who combines visitor services with a strong sense of organization and structure—while also maintaining oversight behind the scenes: from merchandise logistics to support during exhibition installations. The museum is open Tuesday–Sunday from 10 AM–5 PM, including public holidays.
Your Responsibilities:
- Reception and assistance for visitors, cash register system and ticket sales
- Telephone inquiries and support during evening events and exhibition openings
- Responsibility for merchandise logistics: inventory control, reordering, product maintenance, and shop presentation
- Coordination and support during exhibition installations—from preparation to follow-up
- Participation in organizational and administrative tasks within museum operations
Your Profile:
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or a structured operational environment—or strong organizational initiative
- Friendly, professional demeanor and enjoyment of working with people
- Structured, independent, and reliable work approach—even when multiple tasks arise simultaneously
- Flexibility for weekend shifts, evening events, and installation phases
- Interest in contemporary art and museum operations an advantage
- Good command of German, English skills desirable
